After mastering Paid Search in her first year at AMP, Abby was hungry to learn more. She continued to ask questions to better understand how all digital channels work together (a question far senior for her coordinator role at the time). Now, she is providing truly integrated media strategies for her clients from Paid Search, Social, and Media (across Programmatic, Display, Video etc.)
Abby has an innate curiosity and the ability to flip a media plan on its head. Instead of providing single-lane media recommendations, Abby challenges herself and her team to truly understand client’s business problems so that her media campaigns are developed with an eye towards business outcomes. Because of this approach, she grew revenue for one of our top clients by 84% since leading the account.
She is also largely responsible for the talent on the media team. She has led the intern program for the past three years, hiring, training and managing them as they grow. From the interns she hand selected, the team has gone on to hire three of them as high-contributing full-time employees.
Most importantly, Abby has the ability to make the most complicated, stressful programs look effortless. She remains composed in nearly every situation which creates an atmosphere of calmness for the rest of the team. Her standard of excellence is so natural for her that it makes everyone else around her believe they can accomplish it too and our team would not be where it is today without her.
