Previously, Steve served as Chief Media Officer at Mullen, where he ran the agency’s media arm, known as Mediahub. Steve conceived and developed Mediahub in order to compete effectively within both the stand-alone media and integrated, full service environment. The innovative practice offered clients a powerful resource across the disciplines of media strategy, negotiation, analytics, digital, sports and entertainment marketing. Leading clients included LendingTree, match.com, Timberland, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Orbitz, and XM Satellite Radio.
Before Mullen, Steve served as Managing Director for AKQA San Francisco. While there he played an active role in transforming the agency into a leading digitally focused global company.
Steve began his career in New York, serving in leadership roles for global agencies Benton & Bowles and Publicis, managing blue chip assignments including British Airways and Procter & Gamble.
Steve has been an active speaker over the years, including events such as ANA Conferences, Ad:Tech, and the Ad Club Symposium.
Steve has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BA from Hamilton College in New York State.
