We currently seek a Media Planner with 3-5 years of integrated media experience and a solid understanding of the full process from strategy and plan development, to execution and measurement. Core responsibility is planning and implementing media across digital and traditional channels. S/he is a self-starter, adept at using audience insights and data to inform planning, substantiate hypotheses, evaluate results and drive optimization.  


  • Planning and buying of paid media across digital, social, mobile, print, radio, television and out-of-home channels as needed
  • Researching potential media partners and evaluating opportunities
  • Collaborating with Creative team to develop breakthrough ideas and programs
  • Overseeing inventory procurement, including contracting, spec gathering, and ad trafficking
  • Managing in-market campaigns to ensure performance, delivery and optimizations are on track
  • Collaborating with Analytics team to ensure proper tagging, reporting, insights and optimization strategies are in place
  • Managing program budgets, invoicing and billing reconciliation


  • 3-5 years’ media planning and buying experience across digital/social/mobile, TV, radio, print and/or OOH
  • Curiosity about the ever-changing media landscape, and desire to share latest industry trends and developments with broader team
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal)
  • Proven ability drafting Points of View, strategic plans, and performance reports in a logical format/flow, being sure to detail strategic insights and learnings with clarity and purpose
  • Experience with ad servers and ad verification (e.g., DCM, TDD, Moat), including accurate campaign set up, creative trafficking, QA, optimization, troubleshooting and reporting
  • Experience with syndicated data sources and tools (e.g. GfK MRI, Telmar, Nielsen)
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required
