KSV is
looking for a Paid Search and Marketing Analytics specialist. In this dual
role, you will develop and execute Paid Search campaign strategy across
multiple accounts and platforms. You’ll manage the campaigns on a day-to-day
basis and optimize for best performance.

Additionally, you’ll support the
agency’s analytics practice by analyzing clients’ website activity in Google
Analytics.  You will be a resource for
marketing analytics and the agency go-to for technical analytics support.

Paid
Search
Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate
    with clients and internal agency teams to determine campaign objectives,
    establish search-specific key performance indicators, adhere to best practices and
    create timelines
  • Strategize, implement, and manage paid search
    campaigns on Google Ads and Bing ads, familiarity with Yahoo! a plus
  • Develop
    and continually expand keyword lists and Paid Search ad copy
  • Create
    strategies and implement tactics for cross channel remarketing utilizing custom
    website audiences and RLSA
  • Record
    and manage daily and monthly campaign budgets
  • Ensure
    success against client goals via ongoing optimization based on performance
    analysis
  • Develop
    client-facing Paid Search reports or provide Paid Search performance data for
    multi-channel client reports

Marketing
Analytics Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate
    with Media Buying team to pull and analyze campaign analytics data for
    multi-media campaigns
  • Set up
    accounts, custom reports, dashboards, events, and goals in Google Analytics
  • Manage
    and deploy marketing tags in Google Tag Manager
  • Enhance
    agency systems and practices to ensure ongoing industry leadership

Desired Skills &
Experience:

 

  • 3+
    years of experience in search engine marketing and campaign analysis
  • 3+
    years of experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio; Google
    certification is a plus
  • Exceptional
    quantitative analytical skills and aptitude including intermediate to advanced
    Excel skills
  • Excellent
    interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication
    skills
  • Exceptional
    problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the
    development of ideas/solutions
  • Experience
    in SEO is a plus but not required
