Mike Costello is an ACD at Goodby Silverstein & Partners,
An integrated art director and creative leader, he has over 10 years of industry experience working across nearly every discipline.
Mike started his career as an art director at Arnold Boston where he was fortunate enough to contribute to award-winning work on brands like ESPN, Volvo, McDonald’s and the truth® anti-smoking campaign.
He then spent 4 years at Leo Burnett Chicago as an Associate Creative Director working on notable campaigns like Allstate’s “DIY Mayhem” social effort, Firestone’s “Pick Up” and “Van Gogh Bnb” for the Art Institute of Chicago.
His work has been recognized by nearly every major award show including the One Show, D&AD, Cannes, The Andys, Clios, Art Directors Club, AICP, Communication Arts and The Hatch Awards — in nearly every discipline from social & interactive to print & film.
Mike was also named to the 2016 Adweek Creative 100.
