Chief Marketing and Customer Officer
Jennifer Marino is the Chief Marketing and Customer Officer at Rockland Trust Company. She leads the Company’s branding, communications, strategic planning, and customer experience efforts, including the Bank’s Customer Information Center.
With 20 years of extensive brand marketing experience, Ms. Marino joined Rockland Trust in 2015 from Liberty Mutual Insurance where she had been Vice President and Senior Manager most recently focusing on customer advocacy. Under her leadership, the Bank has leveraged and integrated cutting-edge technology to enhance the customer experience, including launching a new online platform that opens accounts in less than five minutes and implementing SalesForce throughout the Bank’s business lines. She has amplified the customer experience by creating Rockland Connects, an online community to engage customers and provide insight, and instituting customer journey mapping across the Bank. In addition, her creative use of analytics was recognized by two Gramercy Institute Marketing Awards for an innovative approach utilizing agent based-modelling to optimize media channel delivery for maximum impact.
Ms. Marino is a member of the Wonderfund Board of Directors and is Chairperson for the Marketing Committee. She also serves on the board for the Rockland Trust Charitable Foundation. Additionally, she is a member of the Deposits and Payments Committee for the Consumer Bankers Association and sits on the governing body for the Boston Chief Marketing Officer Executive Summit. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College and resides in North Easton.
